I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PCC (Houston, TX) in February 2013.
Phone interview about my job qualifications with a head hunter before actually interviewing with a company representative. Interviewed on-site with two engineers and the Continuous Improvement manager. Walked through the facility to review opportunities of the job. A followup phone interview with the VP of something was required before confirmation of an offer which delayed the overall interview process a week because of his availability.
Email and phone calls through the head hunter. Much time would lapse for responses.
