I have been working at PCM full-time (Less than a year)
Great chances to make amazing amounts of money, you have to work hard and commit! They give you great opportunity to grow and it has a great atmosphere with (some) amazing Leasership! (Brian Beck is my roll model) Great starting wage!
They are hiring some questionable people to try to fill the building fast and it is affecting the professionalism to suffer. Including poor managment! Training is too broad and mixed up between departments...
Advice to Management
Look closer at the newer team's and the leadership. Need more help and I am told to ask for help from my boss before going to anyone else knowing that he has no idea what the solution is.
I applied online. I interviewed at PCM (Foxboro, MA).
The interview process was not bad at all. All of the recruiters were very formal and polite. On top of having a good attitude they were very interested in who you are while the process is happening. I did not receive the job but they offered me another position which I declined
