    Pros

Work / life balance is promoted heavily, and you are given the space to work freely with minimal supervision. It's evident that smart people work here, and egos are few and far between. Management is very open about communication and consistently look for ways to keep employees engaged and make PCMS a family oriented workplace.

    Cons

No place is perfect. The open office environment sometimes hinders productivity, but overall, not many.

    Advice to Management

We see the effort you are making to ensure PCMS is a place where people want to work. Keep up the good work, and don't forget why people come to work for you.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at PCMS Datafit (Cincinnati, OH) in February 2014.

    Interview

There is a phone interview and an in person interview. The person conducting the phone interview did not have good communication skills which made it difficult to comprehend and think about the questions. I asked the person on the phone to speak up several times and they would not.

The in person interview was poorly conducted. The interviewer had a list of questions but clearly did not review them ahead of time. The interview was conducted in the managers office which was a mess and colleages walked in and out during the interview.
