I worked at PCTEL full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good salary, great benefits, and work life balance.

    Cons

No vision from higher management on what market demand is. They ask you this one day and next on other and ultimately fire you as the product is unsaleable.

    Advice to Management

Seek an expert who can dive into where the market demand is and help you fulfill the potential of your products. With no vision, your stocks will keep diving.

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at PCTEL (Las Vegas, NV) in September 2014.

    Interview

Phone interview at first then face to face with another employee who you will be working with. On the phone interview the engineering manager will ask you various question of task management then in person the employee will get you fit in on what it is like to work at PCTEL.
