Very flexible in the schedule. Employees are allowed to work on their own. Office is very nice and the location is good.
There seems to be no real goal or direction within the company. On the engineering side, everyone sort of works on their own thing. The company as a whole appears to be in a holding pattern right now.
Advice to Management
Tell employees what the goals are, and what steps are being taken to reach those goals.
