    Pros

    I have been contracting with Peak Irvine, (now Santa Ana office) for the past eight years.
    Competitive pay rates and established companies in their database. Call Linda Hicks, she
    is very proactive. Highly recommended.

    Cons

    Overtime is not usually available, but contractors are expected to complete all tasks on a timeline
    that a full time employee would receive overtime for.

    Advice to Management

    Management listens to any concerns I have and are always ready to rectify the concerns and keep employments options available.
