    I worked at PEP full-time

    Pros

When working for pep, I greatly appreciated how they encouraged you to learn and grow through trainings. I was able to take major strides with my personal and professional development because of that. I also appreciated the scheduling flexibility and the way in which they stressed the importance of work/life balance.

    Cons

There is always a bit of "uneasiness" that comes with working as a contractor, because there are certain things you cannot control from a client perspective. I would not necessarily list this as a con as much as it is a word of caution that when working for pep, you must absolutely be flexible and adaptable to change - regarding internal and client-related policies and, at times, change with your core role.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at PEP (Cincinnati, OH).

    Interview

I submitted my resume online for the Intern position. PEP called within a week or so to schedule an interview at their HQ. The questions asked were mostly about my previous job experiences. It was a great first interview, however it took them 6 weeks to call me back for a 2nd interview! I came in for a second interview and it was a shadow session, simulation testing and a final interview.
