Our mission is a simple one: combine passionate people with industry-leading systems and processes to manage promotional marketing campaigns more efficiently and effectively than anyone else in the world.
Pep promotes excellence for our community as well as our clients. Through donations and volunteer efforts, the Pep team makes a positive and lasting impact on a variety of local organizations from the Ronald McDonald House to Crayons to Computers and the Freestore Foodbank.
Through multiple in-store and direct to consumer strategies, Pep delivered more than 39 different promotional elements with some involving multiple versions. Pep developed and delivered such items as wobblers, mailers, side wings, header cards, display boxes and many more. Pep worked hard to ensure that all elements could be produced to the highest quality and within budget. Pep provided cost savings to the brand through negotiations, gang runs and competitive bids. Pep was in daily contact with the brand manager, vendors and retailers to ensure consistency, smooth execution and on-time delivery.
Pep delivered over 1.4 million orders from more than 29 different retailers. Every element was delivered on time while providing the brand significant cost savings. Client Feedback: “The number of in-store materials and complexity for this program was significantly above and beyond anything that Pampers has ever taken on in the past. I applied online. I interviewed at PEP (Cincinnati, OH).
This interview process was a lot quicker quicker than other internships I was applying for at the same time. The first phone screen was about 45 minutes long. Consisted of basic questions you might expect for an initial interview. They asked about my 5 year plans and goals and about my past experiences. Not too long after I got asked to come in for a face to face interview. The next interview processes involved behavior questions and a planning and email simulation interview. The people were all very friendly and nice. They were sure to offer me water and such as the interview process was pretty long once I was there. I got their decision a week or two later.
