    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at PIP Printing (Normal, IL) in July 2014.

    Interview

I saw the listing on Craigslist and applied in the store a few days later. After a few days to maybe a week I received a phone call to schedule a Skype interview since I lived long distance at the time. I was mainly asked behavioral questions. I wasn't offered the job until a few months later.
