I worked at PMRS part-time (More than a year)
Starting pay for salaried employees was good, for hourly employees was okay. Work could be very busy in the late spring to early fall, then would slow down into the winter. Overall a decent place to work with good benefits.
Hours could be cut if needed.
Advice to Management
Thinking about the employees well being was a positive thing.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PMRS (Horsham, PA).
Most hires are through a recruitment company, but you can apply directly on their website. I had a phone interview and face-to-face interview with the recruiter before going to the PMRS interview. First PMRS interview was 3 hours meeting various directors and the company president. This consists of several 1-1 interviews, each person with a distinct interview style. I was asked back for a second interview which lasted 2 hours and I got a call from the recruitment company offering me the job.
I negotiated with the recruiter.
