I have been working at PMS Systems full-time (More than 8 years)
I liked the opportunity to grow and to take more responsibilities and to be able to work independently. The other employees are fairly young.
The management does not appreciate its workers and does not provide any benefits other than health insurance. No 401k, no pension, no paid maternity leave and you need to coordinate your vacation with the big boss.
Advice to Management
Provide more confidence to your employees that you are appreciating their work.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at PMS Systems in January 2010.
phone interview first, than 1:1 interview with the HR officer, most questions are raised here, the final step is a group interview, I suppose this is only on a proceduree needed.
salary is something determined already
