Can you envision yourself working within a global CRO that invests in your training and development? “After graduating, I was more grounded in the knowledge and application of clinical research tenets, could identify my strengths, and felt empowered to reach out to my trainers and peers,” said Enoh, now a senior clinical research associate (CRA) II, who completed PPD’s CRA Academy. PPD’s study startup team is growing. Will you join us? Hear about this dynamic team directly from Diana Guerrero, startup team manager (STM), based in Melbourne, Australia. “As STMs, we drive the clinical research process from feasibilities to site activation. The startup team plays a key role in earning customer trust as our customers eagerly look forward to site activation and they witness the fantastic work of our team in collaboration with other departments. I had great mentors who worked with me to develop the skills needed for the STM role. Now part of the STM family, I am surrounded by amazing leaders and colleagues. I am lucky to keep learning from them every day,” Diana said.
