I worked at PREFERRED HEALTH CARE full-time (More than 5 years)
The manager of the North Brunswick office is really nice, most of the time. The ADON is very helpful, they usually have cases.
They don't have your back, they always take clients side, even when they're wrong. They don't stand up for you, when you need them They tell you a case is one way and totally different.
Advice to Management
You should look out for your nurses. You seem to believe the client before us. Believe your nurses, and stop placing us at jobs we're not skilled at. You seem more concerned about having a body in the home then skilled nursing.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at PREFERRED HEALTH CARE (Saint Louis, MO) in June 2013.
You spoke with the immediate supervisor and was asked about 5 questions about how you deal with human behavior that may be difficult. Then they give you a tour. You then meet with the Head supervisor who asks you 5 more questions. Next you are dropped on the spot by the staff.
