I have been working at PRN Ambulance full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Good pay and PTO after you’ve been there a while, supervisors and management are laid back and don’t micromanage if you do your job, mostly Kaiser calls so no dialysis or con home to ER calls, call bonuses, unlimited OT, flexible schedules if you’re part time, decent benefits, newer rigs, most employees are cool to work with.

    Cons

The employees that aren’t cool to work with can make for a lonnnngg day, no other complaints.
