Great oppurtunities to grow within the company! I started out of college in an entry level position and was able to work hard and advance to where I am today, I am not the exception to this as many of my coworkers have also had similar experiences. This company will give back if you are willing to work for them. There are also a lot of locations so if you like/want to travel there are oppurtunities for that as well! In general, I have had a wonderful time working for PRO.
Since PRO Unlimited's onsite teams are based at their respective client sites, being in an onsite consultant can make you feel disconnected from the company.

Advice to Management
Bring in PRO culture to the team, being onsite at the only client in the area makes you feel more apart of the client that you support rather than the company for which you are employed!

Phone screens: Recruiter, Potential Manager, Director, VP, their Client
In Person: Potential Manager
The process was entirely too long. Added interviewers were included, too many people involved. One person was looking at their email during our phone screen and there was an awkward pause after I asked a question because of it. Not enough communication between Pro and their client in regards to logistics and onboarding resulting in a poor experience.
