We are built on integrity, lasting partnerships, and a steadfast commitment to client success. The company’s one-stop-shopping approach to design, engineering and construction services means that at PROCON, every solution is just down the hall.

Our mission is to earn lasting partnerships by designing and building exceptional projects as if they were our own.

This is why we are committed to attracting and retaining the most talented professionals with strong individual skills, who also value the synergy of working towards a common goal.

Our average employee tenure is 15 years' and our executive team’s tenure is between 20-40 years’. Our employees are empowered with the autonomy necessary for peak performance, and our leadership is passionate about fostering employee growth and prosperity. As a result, we have an extremely low turnover rate.

A nurturing environment of mutual respect makes PROCON the ideal setting for hardworking individuals to evolve and grow. We know that it is our dedicated employees that have made PROCON successful.

For this reason, we enjoy showing our appreciation all year round through extra pay checks, bonuses, and a first-rate health benefits package. But we also express our gratitude in simpler ways, such as kudo's, thank-you’s and recognition from the management team and peers.

Additional perks include discounted tickets for local venues, shopping, professional services, as well as onsite holiday barbecues and trips to local parks and recreational fun spots.

In recent years, our increasing engagement in urban developments has resulted in tighter building footprints. As a result, our projects have escalated in design, size and complexity.

PROCON employees have willingly expanded their capabilities and adapted to new methods and technologies, enabling us to consistently deliver service exceeding client expectations.

PROCON’s robust portfolio is spread throughout the Northeast in aviation, athletic, commercial, educational, hospitality, industrial manufacturing, mixed-use, residential and senior living projects - all testifying of our craftsmanship and proficiency.

One of the things that make PROCON a great place to work is our attitude of gratitude. Every day we have the privilege of working with an outstanding team of dedicated professionals in one of the friendliest environments, EVER.

We practice gratitude in multiple ways to remind us to be thankful for our valued clients, partners, subcontractors, and for each other. Together, we have all contributed to PROCON's overall success.

One specific way we express our gratitude is by paying it forward as an active partner in our local community. We do this by sharing our time, our talents and through compassionate giving to those organizations in our backyard.

Our corporate fundraising drives have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for local charities. We have particularly championed the cause of Granite United Way over the last 30 years through concerted fundraising campaigns and generously matching employee contributions.

PROCON and its employees have supported many other organizations including:

  • Easterseals of New Hampshire

Additionally, PROCON matches employee donations up to $150.00 to a non-profit organization of their choice.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PROCON (Hooksett, NH).

    Interview

Overall the process was a positive experience. Annette is who I was in contact with for most of the process expect for the actual in person interview which happened on a Saturday.

Only downside to an interview on a Saturday is you do not get to see the companies culture as you get a tour.

They ask the same questions you can expect in most interviews and there were no tests. Spent about two hours on a Saturday and they were quick with a response.
