    Pros

Contract work, but HR of company is very easy to deal with.

    Cons

They have the worst leave policy of any job I have ever had. 1 day a month, and all time is personal, no sick leave

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at PROSOFT.

    Interview

It was very professional and thorough. It was not my preferred method of an interview due to the fact that it was conducted via telephone. The project lead explained in detail about the history of the company and the possible role I would be doing.
