I have been working at PSA Airlines full-time

Company is a wholly owned regional carrier of American Airlines Group. The benefits overall are beneficial. Growing company in regards to aircraft fleet and crew bases. Entry level company for those seeking the aviation field. Pilot incentive to flow through to American Airlines.

Income levels are very low for the industry. High turn over rate of employees company wide. Moral is extremely low. Some departments management non-receptive to suggestions or improvements. Pilot union (ALPA) needs new representatives that will work for the group as a whole. Employees are not valued. No communications from the company. Everything treated as private & confidential.

    Advice to Management

Decisions need to be thoroughly considered before putting into motion. Presents that "after the fact" aspects of decisions not initially considered. Many unnecessary after thoughts causing changes. Improve communications. Employees really do not appreciate being left out constantly. American Airlines communicates with their groups frequently unlike PSA that never communicate with their groups.

Applied online then got invited to a group interview you get asked some questions, asked to read a script then split into two rooms one stays n one goes there after you do like a speed date type interview with 3people then if they decide they'll tell you to look for an email! Long process bring snacks
