Here you will find quotes from our employees across the company who want to share their experiences with future employees:

"The energy and fastpaced environment that is within PSA is contagious and something many people seek. It fulfills the soul and sends you home at the end of the day with a sense of accomplishment.”

Gary Pratt - Vice President of Maintenance & Engineering

"PSA is a great company and like a family. I told my brother how much I enjoy my job. Soon after, he applied and joined the flight attendant group. He fell in love with it as well. I think that speaks volumes about my feelings for the company"

Roger Dunn - Flight Attendant

"We are currently growing at a substantial rate still with more airplanes being delivered. Yes, there are growing pains associated with the fast growth, but I’d rather have growing pains than shrinking pains. The Quality of Life here is unsurpassed in the regional industry especially when you’re able to be a part of the schedule adjustment period. The crews are some of the most caring and fun-loving people that you’ll meet. For me, the opportunities at this airline have been tremendous and it has been one of the greatest things in my life with getting to be a part of our recruitment team."

Blake Ditlow - First Officer

"I love PSA because of the diversity and professionalism of our employees and being afforded the privilege and ability to give input that makes a difference in the way PSA operates."

Debra Hoke- Director of Inflight Services

"I like being an integral part to these guys’ careers – the impact I’m getting to have. You touch their lives. It keeps me young. I don’t feel 68. The people running the show are doing a really good job. It’s fun to be part of this growth spurt."

Dave Lewis - PSA Ground Instructor

"The people I work with make my job easy no matter who I am working with. They are always giving me the benefit of their experience and helping me to become the best A&P Technician I can be. There is always something new to be learned in this field."

Rodger Jackson - A&P Maintenance Technician

"PSA is a stable, well-run airline with a passionate group of employees. I am lucky to lead the change in culture. We have a true safety culture at PSA now. I’m very proud of that."

Randy Fusi - Vice President Safety, Security and Regulatory Compliance

"I always talk about PSA and what a fantastic company it is to work for and all the opportunities the company has to offer. I have recommended a few people for jobs at PSA, and I feel it is a privilege to work for the company. I only recommend people that have good work ethic and that believe in the values and mission of PSA."

Lisa Ridgeway - Flight Attendant

"I love the fact that while the airline is still steadily growing, we are small enough to have a welcoming atmosphere. Most people within the airline know who each other are. It is not uncommon for employees/mechanics to know others at different bases."

Jordan Letner - Lead Mechanic

I have been working at PSA Airlines full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Inflight is great! Easy to find crash pad in bases. Great overnights. Wonderful crew. Safe pilots. Good paid training! It's nice being at Clt easy to commute home!

    Cons

Hard to swap trips! Scheduling sometimes isn't very knowledgeable. The crew to management communication could improve a bit. No sap for flight attendants.

    Interview

I have just been invited for an interview. The process is different then the other reviewer's now. I applied online and got an email to complete the assessment the next day. It is mostly selecting answers, but at the end it asked me three questions via video interview. It didn't let me know that I would have a video interview, but I was able to exit out and get ready then bring it back up. I actually had some technical problems on my computer and could only get it to work on my smartphone. You can stop and re-record your answers so it's not too hard. I submitted my assessment and VI in the morning and got an email for the invite to an interview later that afternoon! The process is now different then any of the other reviews I read, but it might be the same in the face to face interview. I haven't been to that yet.
