    I have been working at PSAV full-time


    Upward mobility, experience with high end audio visual equipment, plenty of opportunity to work at other locations when home location is short on hours.


    Some times short staffed due to management cutting back on labor due to backend pnl's. Disorganized at times. Some of the internal labor force feel entitled to positions or pay raises without following up on completing the job requirements of their position.

    Advice to Management

    Pay attention to those that are hard working and going above and beyond the position that they are actually in. If an employee is doing the job of a salary position, but being paid hourly, or at a lower rate, then that's a problem.

    I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PSAV.


    Met with a director and sales manager for the hotel. They were very nice to meet with and had very pointed questions regarding my experience with budget and price sensitive clients. They asked me how much I would take for a salary offer after I asked how much the starting pay was. Focused on me working weekends but also wanting me to do floor operations during the slow times.
