Advice to Management
Recruit intelligent people and value performance if you want the company to sustain.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PTC India (Pune (India)).
The interview taken in the 1st round by technical panel was very good. They asked all the technical questions and passed me to 2nd round. The 2nd round taken by the Sr. person of the company. He asked me to wait for 2nd round almost for more than 1 hours and when he came to take interview he asked me to sit in lobby area near the lift passage. he started my interview their only, though cabins on another floor were available and other employees passing from lift, office buy were looking at us but still he didn't understood the importance of taking interview of experienced person in such place. i guess he don't have professional ethics. he didn't asked me any technical questions only personal questions he was asking like why you are leaving the current company? how much offer you have? how you will get the profit if you start new business, was it really related to my job profile?. seems that he was not in mood of taking technical interview or may be he is not capable for taking experienced person interview. then he started some odd conversation. overall my experience with the Sr. person interviewer in 2nd round was very worst and pathetic. please don't waste our time, i know you guys don't have work in office and you are enjoying your term with the company but our time is also important.
