Great payouts, good training, diverse product lineup, lots of autonomy to run your practice, and excellent culture. Perfect fit for a driven new or experienced adviser.
Strong emphasis put on training and business development, but advisers are left to figure out certain functions necessary to scaling their practice on their own, like developing their service model.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pacific Capital Resource Group (Seattle, WA) in March 2017.
Received numerous phone calls judging my interest so i told them when i was interested and we proceeded from there. Spoke with a recruiter a few times and he encouraged me to apply online and send him my resume and cover letter. Then was asked to do a short interview, then to come in for an in person interview and was hired soon after.
