    Pros

Great people, accessible leaders, principled guiding philosophy among medical staff, a culture cultivated over doing the right thing by people over decades. You can't just create that from scratch.

    Cons

Burdened by a broken health care system, some confusion about its identity as part of Providence, unfortunately unsustainable business model within the current business climate.

    Advice to Management

Survive! The world will come around.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pacific Medical Centers (Seattle, WA) in June 2018.

    Interview

I met with 2 people on the call center team in person after submitting a "digital interview" where I recorded video of myself answering questions. The digital process was a bit intimidating, the in person part was less scary.
