I have been working at Pacific Medical Centers full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I've been very happy with my time at PacMed! The welcoming environment to new employees is above and beyond. Working on the administration side, everyone has an open door policy, always have a smile on their face and are genuinely kind. The work life balance is also great and I feel like my managers are truly interested in my growth as an individual.

    Cons

If you work at the Beacon Hill location, parking can be a burden, as there's not many designated employee parking areas. Most employees use public transportation. I wish there was more employee parking options.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Pacific Medical Centers (Seattle, WA) in August 2016.

    Interview

They first did a phone interview which went great. Then I was told to come in for an in person interview which went terrible. Then they said they would contact me in 1one whether I get the position or not but they never contacted me.
