Pacific Project Management is a client centered team of professionals who set the client’s goals and objectives as our own. Our team works with each client to establish and deliver the space goals based on the future and sometimes in flex operating models. We advise the client and lead the team to balance out the first costs and speed to market requirements with the long term operational goals, so that the client can concentrate on their business at hand and on the future of their operating model.

The projects we manage make an impact on a community. Whether it's a new hospital, a better work space, or a local gathering spot, we are committed to working with clients who share our commitment to creating spaces where individuals, families, and businesses can thrive together.
In addition, as a company we believe that it is our responsibility to make sure we are always find ways to make a positive impact on our community. Each year a percentage of the annual budget is set aside to support the communities we live and work in every day. This may be a team volunteering event, a fundraising event, or a company match to an organization that you are passionate about through our donation match program.
A sample of some of the organizations that we support thru volunteer time and donations are Red Cross, Food LifeLine, YWCA, FareStart, Safe Crossings, YMCA, Nativity School, Fred Hutch, Childrens Hospital and Boys and Girls Club.
I have been working at Pacific Project Management full-time (Less than a year)
There are a lot of great people who work here. The company is small enough that you get to know everyone but large enough to have a great community culture. The work is exciting and there are a lot of opportunities to move around the company and get a lot of different experiences.
I get a little nervous sometimes that the company is growing too fast and not being able to keep up.
Advice to Management
Great work with communication and showing everyone that their thoughts count towards the larger community!
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Pacific Project Management (Seattle, WA) in September 2016.
Questions too standard, did not ask the type of questions that could shows the company is open minded and receptive. The interview was not a conversation, but a set of questions as if someone is simply checking the box. I did receive the offer, but felt that the interview process could be improved greatly. The manager of the area I work for drove the interview versus letting his team speak much.
