I have been working at Pacific Retirement Services full-time (More than 5 years)

Friendly, supportive atmosphere. Knowledgeable senior management team that seems to genuinely care about front line staff.

Wages not competitive because "employees should find value in working for a good company."

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.

After the referrals are said and done, they call for a phone interview. After the phone interview, they submit your answers to HR to approve or deny you for the second interview. The second interview is a group interview. After the second interview, you finish up some paperwork for availability and background checks.
