This company is a good place to experience a wide variety of job roles and levels. They deal with clients in the IT industry so they have a lot of need for Developers, Testers and Tech PMs. I worked on several projects for a few different companies and it helped me get a good understanding of the industry as a whole. People here are friendly and they will help you if you ask for it. I liked working here.
I would like a better bonus structure based on performance. That is one thing that is lacking at the moment.
Advice to Management
I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Pactera (Redmond, WA) in April 2016.
Two very easy interviews one with a project lead and the other with the project manager. There were a couple logic based questions you had to answer to show you had some ability to observe and recognize errors. If you passed the tests you met with the project manager and they give you examples of what you will be doing and answer any questions you have.
