    Security Officer Interview

    Easy Interview

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Paladin Security Group (Burnaby, BC (Canada)).

I applied on my own accord, but it was at the same time that they were doing a hiring fair, so they were just pumping out trainees. As long as you can demonstrate that you are there to help others, you aren't crazy, and you have good customer service skills then you should pass the first interview no problem. I had a site call me for a second interview before my week long unpaid training was complete, and there was no need for a third interview, as they needed someone to start right away and I already displayed the traits they were looking for.
