    Pros

Freedom to make decisions that work best for your team. Not a one size fits all leadership style because Executive Leaders know that every department has different needs

    Great Flex/Vac benefits

Paid Lunch/Free Lunch - although the food during lunch lacks more healthy options.

Friendly, accessible, and approachable Senior Executive team.

    Cons

No rewards, recognition, or raises for dedicated and high performing salaried team members.

HR Policies change like the weather

All news is LATE news - changes were heard through the rumor mill before anyone heard it from leadership. Insults intelligence.

    Advice to Management

Take care of your salaried team members too, they feel undervalued. They drive the hourly team members to success and get no recognition. A formal "Thank you" goes a long way.

    Application

The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Palms Casino Resort (Las Vegas, NV) in March 2018.

    Interview

Interviewed with one of the VPs. Interview was ok not bad but not outstanding either. My issue is that there has been absolutely no response no Yes or No answer. Just crickets and my follow up was ignored. I find it extremely unethical to simply never provide any response to a candidate that puts in so much effort to prepare, express interest in joining your company. To simply blatantly ignore someone is wrong. At the end of the day , if they treat inquiring candidates this way it is more than likely a reflection of how they treat guests and staff. Disrespectful!

Not even a courtesy decline from the auto system...who knows it’d been months , so I logically assume I don’t have the job lol
