I have been working at Palo Alto Research Center full-time (More than 10 years)
great people, collaborative environment, very intelligent and highly educated staff, amazing research, flexible work hours, very casual dress code, offices (vs. cubical), on site cafe, excellent medical benefits, not very many levels of management
Wholly owned subsidiary which creates some limitations, limited bonus opportunities for non-research staff, modest pay, small bonus amounts, lean operational support staff to maintain low overhead run rates, limited advancement opportunities and basically none for operational staff, old building
I applied online. The process took 8+ months. I interviewed at Palo Alto Research Center (Palo Alto, CA) in February 2017.
Applied several times for the same position, over months. Spoke to the hiring manager, then dont hear anything back from the recruiter, and see the job reposted online. No answer when I asked the recruiter again
