I worked at Panalpina full-time
It was a Good group of people locally in the office that made the stress level manageable on the day to day activity
Too many overlapping positions that prevented people making decisions, always so many layers to get through to make one process change.
Advice to Management
Listen to the employees and take time to hear them out, consider promoting within instead of always hiring outside.
No interview required. I was recruited by competitor that appreciated my knowledge and experience. The local shipping community is aware of the issues at my former employer, and many employees are being recruited for more suitable positions and salaries.
