Great open communications with employee teams. Management has done a great job creating an open communication environment.
I applied online. I interviewed at Panasonic Automotive.
Phone screen then talked to hiring manager and team member. I was very interested in the position until they told me I'd have to take all their night calls to their parent company in Japan. It was an instant deal killer for me. I could rotate with other team members but their honesty, perhaps unintended, let me know there was instant "dirt" detail coming right in the door. I declined to move any further into the process.
