    Pros

little supervision. not a lot of stress

    Cons

management changes their mind all the time about direction. a lot of wasted time and money spent on equipment for one job, sometimes not even used.

    Advice to Management

    Application

The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Panavision.

    Interview

Was interviewed twice. Got the second interview two weeks after the first one. But didn't hear back from them since then. The first interview was a tour around the company and twenty questions asking about my on set experience. The second interview was a chill conversation with another person there.
