Atlona designs and develops innovative, award-winning products for a diverse range of commercial and residential AV and IT markets worldwide, including education, business, government, entertainment, and healthcare. Atlona’s product categories include networked AV, signal distribution, wireless collaboration, and AV system automation. These solutions enable system designers, integrators, consultants, and installers to simplify installation, minimize maintenance, and maximize the versatility of premier automated control solutions.

    I have been working at Panduit full-time (More than 3 years)


    After reading some of the reviews here, I feel compelled to share that Panduit has been a great place to work. I have worked at Panduit for over 4 years and have held several roles in that time. I left a very senior management role at another company in search of being an individual contributor as I needed much strong work/life balance. Panduit has been EXTREMELY flexible and is an extremely flexible place to work. If you work hard and earn trust, you will have the flexibility you need. I have worked hard and in return I am able to prioritize being a parent when I need to do so. Panduit has valued my skill set and strengths and has consistently given me challenges and projects where I can positively contribute. I have had many managers and while some can complain about this constant change, for me, I have met and interfaced with so many different talents here. And have had the opportunity to work for some fabulous individuals. Panduit is working so hard to become an employer of choice - telecommuting policy is great, managers have leverage and latitude and HR is on top of trends. Panduit is working hard to change the culture and in my 4+ years I have seen plenty of positive changes including empowering women and positive changes in leadership. There is still the "human" aspect of this organization and it is supportive to employees. If you work hard, have a good work ethic, are smart, innovative and want to make an impact, this place is amazing. Panduit is full of employees of all tenures - some for 6 months and some for 30 plus years! It makes for a diverse experience for sure. I am glad I work here. In the next few years I will definitely be back in the ladder climbing mindset and I hope that Panduit is able to meet my expectations. However for now, the symbiotic relationship of worker and employer is fantastic here. If you are on the fence about working for Panduit, I encourage you to consider it! It's been a great experience for me and I've been consistently recognized and rewarded. Panduit likes to hire and promote from within and that is a good thing too!


    Like any mid to large sized company - there are always growing pains. The ratings that are given in other interviews I believe are due to poor managers and I have noticed Panduit is very good in weeding out bad from good - it just takes time. Would you want to be canned as a manager when all you need is guidance and training? No. So sometimes changes happen slowly and that's okay. Otherwise there aren't many cons except an annual bonus which I miss dearly. Compensation is good and definitely competitive here!

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you are doing! Love it.
