Atrocious interview process, the recruiting team has no human decency. After an initial phone screen, homework assignment, and two further interviews, I waited two weeks to be told by the recruiter that they were getting close to making a hiring decision. But then the very next day they sent a generic email which said they were pausing hiring for the role. The recruiter lied to me in their email where they said they'd have a hiring decision soon, and then they added insult to injury with their tone-deaf, unsympathetic "apology" email. The entire recruiting team ought to be fired for sheer incompetence, they wasted two and a half months on recruiting for a role only to pause hiring at the last minute.
