I managed a team to increase sales and production, organized and made the Schedule/ Calendar, operated office equipment, monitored and taught job skills to my team.
Since, I was the Office Manager, When employees didn't show up for their scheduled shift, If I couldn't find another team member to work. I would have to come in and work the shift. I wouldn't mind coming in to work, on short notice. However, it is hard to make vacation plans when your a General Manager for any company.
Advice to Management
Customer Service is #1. The best kind of advirtisement is by word of mouth. So, you have to give each customer 100%. If the customer is happy, in return they will recommend, our company to their close friends.
