The company has had a lot of growth over the last few years and it's been exciting to be part of the evolution. It's a great company to work for if you're striving for a fast-paced and agile environment where you can make an impact. The product is interesting and has market potential for category creation and good leaders in place to help make that happen. Really smart and ambitious people that make working here really great.
Cons
It's a start-up in growth stage so it's expected to have a lot of bumps along the way. Sometimes it's hard to keep track of the priorities, but they're getting better at communication and clarifying what needs to happen to employees.
