Technical Account Manager

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts.     I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pantheon Systems (New York, NY) in Jul 2022


    Very unprofessional and one-sided. Company completely ghosted me and didn't return any follow up messages I sent after a few rounds of interviews.

    Meet with a hiring manager, then in subsequent interviews meet various people on the sales team.

    I should have picked up on some red flags that they didn't talk much about the company, outside of a couple off-hand comments on how tough it is to develop a culture. Seems like the pandemic was tough for them as a company as well.
