I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Papa Gino's Holdings (Boston, MA).
I applied through a paper application in store. They called me for an in-person interview a week or so later. The interview was very laid back. Happened in the booth at the restaurant, which I thought was strange, since there were customers around. The questions were not tough at all. They were about multitasking and my ability to get to work on time.
