    Project Manager Interview

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Parago (Lewisville, TX) in September 2013.

    Interview

The CMO actually approached me on LinkedIn, I didn't know about parago at all. He called me for an interview, knowing full well that I'm a copywriter by trade and put me in a marketing management position as a middle-man between the account side and creative side to help them get along. I had two interviews and was hired.

    Interview Questions

    • Questions regarding my understanding of the project management side of things, because I'd never been on that side and they honestly were my mortal enemies in the past because I was a creative.   1 Answer

    Negotiation

I didn't negotiate as much as I wish now that I had and could have, but I was so happy by the amount and benefits they in the first place, I didn't feel the need.
