Company is growing rapidly. Expanding opportunities as company is under rapid growth. Collegial work environment. Interesting work, contributes to human good.
Located in Baltimore, long and awful commute. Because of growth rate, finding space is awkward. Also, because we're growing from small to big, a lot of processes are changing. If change is awkward for you, you might be better off at a more stable place like the monitor of dams and geologic formations.
Advice to Management
Hang in. Keep working hard!

I applied online. I interviewed at Paragon Bioservices.
The interview process was easy-initial HR phone screen, phone interview with department manager after 2 days, and an on-site interview after two weeks. The questions were straight forward, mainly discussed my background and everyone seemed nice. But I am very disappointed with the company because they have been very unprofessional about the reimbursement for the interview visit.
I drove almost 170 miles to Baltimore for the interview. I was promised a reimbursement and they had provided an expense sheet. They booked a hotel room in a 4-star hotel for me for the previous night of the interview but did not make a payment when they booked the room. After the interview, I filled out the expense sheet and attached all bills and sent it to them the next day. The interview was in December and they did not make a decision for almost two months, neither did they reimburse my money. Finally after over two months, they told me that I did not get the job, which is completely fine with me as sometimes things don't work out. But I have been sending follow up emails about the reimbursement. I am told that they would check and let me know but I haven't heard back from them. If you have an interview with them, make sure you discuss and clarify about the reimbursement in advance and take a definite timeline from them. I am very disappointed and this is highly unprofessional behavior on their part. I do not know how to get my money back from them.
