In 2003, we asked one simple question. Can a technology consulting firm be successful by focusing first on growing the individual to their fullest potential? We believed that through an unwavering commitment to developing people we could create a different kind of company.  We created Pariveda. At our very core, we desire to help the individual grow through learning, coaching and giving to others to achieve their fullest potential. The individual is defined as our people, our clients, recruits, alumni, and our communities.  

It is through this belief in helping the individual, counter to industry norms, we have grown revenue each and every year since 2003. We believe in providing for the security and well-being of our people and their families through an ESOP where stock is earned from the very first day of work, 401k match, paid sabbaticals and 100% paid medical. We employ a cohort model for compensation in order to foster collaboration across our employees. All employees at a certain level are paid the same so that no individual focuses on their own credit but rather the success of the collective firm.

We leverage a proprietary Expectations Framework (EF) to guide the career development of our employees.  The EF maps our expectations across 5 core dimensions (Effectiveness, Business of IT, Relationships, Leadership, and Others First). This creates a clear framework for coaching our employees to achieve their maximum potential through rigorous development.

We believe in the efficiency of small teams working together to solve complex problems leveraging strategy and technology. We believe in growing deep relationships with our people, our clients and others in our networks.  Our people develop trusted relationships with clients because of the value we provide them. Value realized is evidenced through a client repeat/referral rate of 85%. We are unwavering in our commitment to excellence and growing individuals to their fullest potential.

    I have grown more in less than a year with Pariveda than I have in the rest of my career combined. You are surrounded by driven, brilliant people who are truly invested in YOUR growth and development. Pariveda's culture of continuous feedback and transparency are one of my favorite aspects of the firm - I'm grateful for the strong mentorship and coaching I've received! I'm stretched in areas that interest me and Pariveda has helped me grow in ways I find invaluable to my career.


    The culture is not for everyone (as could be said for any company) - if you are not growth-minded and open to feedback/mentorship then Pariveda is likely not the place for you.

    Advice to Management

    The fact that upper management cares/takes time to discuss how my individual career is progressing is incredible. I have never seen a more down-to-earth and transparent executive team - a rare gem! Keep up the great work, and thank you for investing in and knowing your people so well.

    I applied online. I interviewed at Pariveda Solutions (Dallas, TX) in June 2017.


    The interview process for Pariveda is a very lengthy and detailed process with multiple steps. Its starts out with a recruiter contacting me over the phone for a quick screening. The next interview I had was a video call with the recruiter and we went over questions about slides and videos provided after the first phone call. This gave me the chance to ask more detailed questions about the company. The next was a technical phone interview with a senior employee. This was more about my experience and less about theory or problem solving. The next interview was a face-to-face behavioral interview. The conversation was more about how I dealt with problems with team members, clients, and conflict. The last interview was a half-day on-site where you are given a pretty lengthy problem to figure your way through then present your results. After that, there is a free lunch with a member of the office.
