You're paid as the business accounts activate, so you can have a pretty steady stream of income revenue. This is a definite benefit and what attracted me in the first place.
They mislead you on how commission will be paid, their training is bare bones and if this is your first business-to-business sales experience, you will likely not succeed. They could do a much better job of teaching the nuances of credit card payment processing and how to ready statements so that the salesperson in the field has a better grasp on how to close the sale without management's "help."
Advice to Management
Your company comes across as shady and unreliable to the reps in the field. Your sales techniques that you teach your reps will likely get someone arrested (for not walking out of a business when the owner has CLEARLY indicated they're NOT interested).
