I worked at Park Electrochemical (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Paid every week. Health care cost comparatively low.

    Cons

Run by a dictator who does not listen to any advice from any one else in the company. This is why the revenues have fallen so dramatically.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Park Electrochemical (Newton, KS) in September 2016.

    Interview

Most of a single day, flown in, classic interview style with tour, face to face with ~6 high level managers. Very cordial, open communications. Great shop and labs. Actually, a fun day!
