Mission: Improve health and well-being in partnership with our members, patients and community.
I have been working at Park Nicollet Health Services full-time (More than 5 years)
Employees are treated as an asset. The work load is fairly low. Employees are generally happy with most having worked there for 10+ years. Doctors are friendly and very approachable.
COMT's and treated significantly better than other staff with significantly more benefits. No drive to train on additional testing/jobs- you need to seek that out yourself. Staff is allowed to work as hard or slow as they want without recognition. Raises are based souly on pre-set values
Advice to Management
Reward those that work hard. Consider merit for raises.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Park Nicollet Health Services (Minneapolis, MN) in May 2017.
Interviewed with CNO, 2 HR representatives, 3 Clinical Nurse Directors, 3 unit nurse managers during first interview. Called back to meet with Medical Director and Nurse Educator and staff panel. Behavioral questions were intense, definitely need to do your homework to be prepared.
