Parker’s corporate structure can create confusion and cause duplication of efforts for very similar initiatives. It takes time to understand everything Parker can do.
Advice to Management
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Parker Hannifin.
The interview was a four person panel. The collection of supervisors and HR personnel had a very conversational tone. The interview was not tense. Questions were fairly boilerplate and common. Did go into some detail about the position. I personally had a successful interview which was followed by a take-home personality test(PAR). It would appear the personality test hold a lot of weight. Do not take it lightly. Analyze every single because there will be a 3rd party company that will analyze every single answer. Overall a good experience in what appears to be a good company with good people.
