Lack any clear direction as a company doesn't know how to adjust to current industry trends. Still stuck in a CLT model that isn't as relevant as it once was. Technology is incredibly out dated and lacks the ability to pay vendors to the point they are unwilling to work with them. Bonuses and raises are no existent due to dire financial situation.
Advice to Management
They really need to find a way to adapt to the current market as their way of doing research will be dead in time. Selling to a larger firm may allow them to save the hard working employees that currently are going down with a sinking ship.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Parker Marketing Research (Milford, OH) in July 2013.
First step coming in speaking with the 3 Research Analysts. Second spoke with VP and received an offer two days later. Very easy but the HR isn't solely HR and instead it is just another role.
