Valet Parking Attendants (F/T & P/T) 3. Quality Control Managers (P/T) Essential Duties & Responsibilities for Valet & Parking Attendants: -Records information on numbered tags, places numbered tag on windshield of automobile to be parked and hands customer similar tag to be used later in locating parked automobile. -Records time and drives automobile to parking space or points out parking space for customer’s use. -Patrol area to prevent thefts from parked automobiles. -Take numbered tags from customers, locate vehicles, and deliver vehicles, or provide customers with instructions for locating vehicles. -Keep parking areas clean and orderly to ensure that space usage is maximized. -Direct motorists to parking areas or parking spaces, using hand signals or flashlights as necessary. -Patrol areas to prevent vehicle damage and vehicle or property thefts. -Greet customers and open their vehicle's doors.
