Are there any BCBAs in this group? If so, has anyone’s salary been updated for 2023 and inflation? I’m bilingual and feel like an 85 salary was average. In Arizona I see pay ranges that go as high as 120K. What would you say an average pay for 4 years experience would be?

This morning, Parkview and Jenifer Bartell, one of our SANE (sexual assault nurse examiner) RNs was presented a blue cape from the Child Advocacy Center. The blue cape is for those who have made a commitment to the promotion of child advocacy and advancing the mission to provide safety, healing and justice for children.
