I have been working at Parmalat Canada full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great conditions and pretty engaging workplace.
    Great compensation salary-wise.
    Good managerial staff.
    Great autonomy.

    Cons

Working hours are the only thing that are not great but you are warned in advance. The rotating shifts can be a pain for out-of-work planing. We get our schedules 1 week in advance which isn't great for planning.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up.

    Interview

I applied on line and it took 1 week for interview. I met with the hiring manager for the first interview and met with other senior management at the second round. In general, the process was pretty quick and the HR is really doing her job.
