I have been working at PartnerCentric full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    - Great co-workers and management! Everyone has their own expertise and works well together!
    - incredible benefits, fun work retreats, and we all work from home!

    Cons

It can be a challenge working from home, but I love it! As long as you love what you're doing this is not an issue ;)

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PartnerCentric (New York, NY).

    Interview

3 rounds of interviews. 1st initial "fit. 2nd cultural compatibility 3rd focus on question & answer. Pretty straight forward and nothing outlandish from the conversations with the team. Focus is really on years of experience and what you have to offer the organization.
