    Pros

Plenty of opportunities to develop a broad range of skills. Interesting mix of work across investment research, portfolio management, client relationship management, and business development. Ability to act as a generalist or a specialist in each of these fields, depending on personal preference.

Rapidly growing company, with senior management that is ambitious and fully involved in continuing to build the business.

Entrepreneurial environment – development of new ideas that improve any part of the business (from investment research to operational processes) is encouraged.

Matrix team structures which ensure that every individual works with a broad range of people across the investment and operations teams.

Meritocratic promotion criteria, enabling tangible progression for those who are engaged and motivated.

    Cons

Flat structure means that on occasion teams can be overstretched.

    Advice to Management

Ensure high standards for recruitment, whilst company is growing rapidly.

    Interview

Quite possibly the most unprofessional interview process I've ever experienced. Based on that alone, I wouldn't recommend the company to anyone looking to apply. Beautiful office, but a lot of false promises and leading on throughout the process.
