    Employment Training Specialist Interview

    Neutral Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Partnerships With Industry (San Diego, CA).

    Interview

Applied to the job through NPWorks.org. The whole process took approximately 2 weeks. 3 days after I applied, I was contacted for a brief telephone interview. Next, I was asked to come in for a face-to-face interview with the Manager and Director. After this phase, there was one last interview with the same people. Drug testing and physical after job offer.

    Interview Questions

    • Very easy questions. Mostly they want to know if you have done research on the company and understand what the job really entails. Be ready to explain your experience and how it might pertain to this particular position. Also there are a few scenario questions about how you might handle problem clients or coworkers.   1 Answer

    Negotiation

No negotiations. Education doesn't matter, the pay is low. Take it or leave it.
