Advice to Management

As the company grows, the organization will continue to become more professional. Overall it's a great place to work, I would come back for the right opportunity.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Parts Town (Addison, IL) in Jan 2021

First I thought I'd have to relocate to Chicago for this job, for job post deceivingly didn't mention it was a work from home position. I wouldn't relocate to Chicago anyway.

What happened next was a good phone interview by their recruiter, then a week of waiting. After I followed up via email, 2 days later I got the dreaded-but-all-too-common generic email rejection from a "no-reply" email address. That also happened a few years ago when I applied. Add their robotic email solicitation out of nowhere a year+ later for me to fill out an application. Now I've seen enough. I replied with restraint for them to not keep anything on file for me nor contact me again.

What's your typical way of troubleshooting a service call?
